All members of the Red Feathers Lakes community are encouraged to attend the
general membership meetings. Only members in good standing may vote on
items presented to the floor for vote. According to the Association
constitution all meetings are held at the RFLPOA at 3:00PM. Members in good
standing may forward agenda items to the Association executive secretary at
least one week ahead of a general membership meeting.
Key Dates
- First of the annual general membership meetings is held on Saturday
afternoon of Memorial Day weekend at 3:00PM in the RFLPOA building. This
meeting is designed to update membership on activities planned for the summer
and report finances to the membership.
- The second general membership meeting is held during the July 4th
celebration weekend on Sunday afternoon, 3:00PM, at the POA building.
Three association members will be elected by the members of the association to
serve on the nine member board of directors. The board of directors will
elect officers for the coming year. Additionally, members in good
standing will elect and crown a Red Feather Lakes Princess who will represent
the community for the year.
- The third and final general membership meeting for the calendar year will
be held over Labor Day weekend on Saturday afternoon, 3:00PM, at the POA
building.
